Product Manager
1.Responsible for tracking and researching digital energy products and the development of electricity market policies, analyzing electricity market transactions, and modeling trading strategies; 2.Independently conduct user research, product requirement analysis, competitive product analysis, and prototype design; 3.Responsible for writing PRDs and collaborating with design, development, and testing teams to ensure product delivery quality; 4.Responsible for improving and optimizing the product and user experience, continuously identifying product issues in the business, and continuously optimizing the product through data.
→Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; experience in electricity market products is preferred
- Rich background in market trading in the electricity or new energy industry and keen insight into market demand
- Strong innovation, self-motivation, communication, and execution capabilities
- Ability to solve problems independently, strong work proactivity, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
- Passionate and creative, with a strong willingness and ability to learn independently, and able to study various excellent products and apply them to actual products
